Milky spore is the best stuff to use. You have to buy it in stores and spread it out but it will stay in the ground for up to 30 years and lives to eat japanese beetle larvae.
Do not use traps that lure the bugs, because you will have your bugs and all of the bugs from your neighbors as well.

You are also a natural enemy of the beetles. Get a bucket or a plastic milk jug and fill it half full of water and a tablespoon or so of soap (depending on the size of the container) and pick the little pests off and drop them in the water.

Nematodes are a great natural predator of Japanese beetle grubs. They are also a good organic solution for control. Spray the solution on your yard twice a year, in August and in March, to reduce the numbers of beetles.

In May, start hunting the adults yourself using a bucket of soapy water held under the beetles--they will fall into the bucket and drown.

There are none. Use and insect spray whenever you see them this year. Next spring put down a grub killer on you lawn and garden beds to kill them before they become beetles. Do not use the traps, they just attract more beetles.
