There is no such state as Palestine. There is the Palestinian Authority.

I think Israel should invade Lebanon to deal with the terrorists there as the Lebanese government will not deal with them. In fact, the terrorists are part of the government with 2 ministers and nearly 2 dozen MPs.

I believe both questions just as valid and just as sane or insane.

There is no party in this turkey shoot that has right to speak. all of them are just as wrong: Palestine's bomb a Jewish bus; so the Israeli army bomb a village into the ground. Israel steals the Palestinians land with their security wall; so the Palestine's riot in the streets. The only thing i believe to be unfair is that Israel has all military means(including nukes) at their disposal. and the Palestine's have but stones and suicide bombs. The only solution to this problem would be as one of the former mossads chiefs suggested: both people living as one in one state under one government. But I believe that the religious extremists on both sides would never allow such a thing

I think you will find they have. This is a war driven by Syria and Iran and the people of Israel and Palestine are being slaughtered. America and Russia should sort it out. Terrorists from any country must be defeated so what else can they do.

Hezbollah are based in lebanon, so further attacks on a refugee state would only serve to inflame hezbollah grievances. Maybe instead of invading the tiny bit of land they left palestine with, maybe they should some if not all of it back.

There is no formally recognized country named "Palestine". Secondly, Hezbollah militants are located mainly in Southern Lebanon and supported by Iran. If you ask whether Israel should defend itself from cross border attacks then the answer is an obvious "yes".

As far as American goals are, Isreal is our own Baby, We have supported and exchanged intel for years, so we must support Isreal, as Americans. Isreal is a foothold into the middle east if we ever need one. The political ramifications are very real here. Even if bush says one thing, I am sure He means another, so yes Isreal might be going overboard, but if we want to get rid of people that kill for religion, we must go after all of them, Isreal doesnt kill and bomb countries all over the world for religiuos purposes, Hezbolla does.

YES! they have as much right to go after them as America does going in to Iraq. terrorists should be wiped from the face of the earth along with any peoples who help them or sit by and do nothing about it cause doing nothing is the same as helping them, so till they stand and take care of business i say they have every right to protect them self if it means marching all the way to Iran and in to Russia
