The place I live has been known for kkk members, skin heads and witches and satanic practices. I have never personally witnessed such things but there have been arrests and such things in the news/t.v. I was driving home and somebody made black stars and made put them on phone poles, and even a port-o-potty and made signs with arrows beneath for atleast what i saw was about 2-3 miles.(there were no words, just to follow the stars) So, i follow them and they led to a house that was just purchased by a biker who put up a privacy fence before they even moved in. What do these black stars mean? Is it satanic or am i just being paranoid?

I'm sure it means something. Have you looked at symbols.com or any other web site describing symbols. Try looking up satanic symbols. But I do know this Satanists are following and an idea or a concept. They are not violent. Sometimes people try to start up new groups and see how far then can go with it. I know my answer won't be picked as the best but please keep my informed if anything else pops up or starts to look sketchy.
