Note - Belize is not in South America - - it is in Central America; and depending on your country you may not need a visa just a valid passport.

If you're an American you do not need a visa to Belize and Australia, and the only country in SA that requires a visa is Venezuela

Contact the relevant countries Embassies (they will advise you of what paperwork and any injections you need - they tend to be based in capital cities or other major cities - in the UK they tend to be in London.
