Yes. You can do some things to help protect against these issues, but nothing is perfect.

yes, the net is a gateway to these things and any1 is vulnurable u can only protect urself by anti virus softwares

google - avg anti virus, its free and does a decent job

Yes specially if you do not have windows xp sp2. You need to keep checking your computer for viruses, spyware, etc and keep your computer well patched and should use latest virus definations

no, thye r nt vulnerable. any antivirus cn throw them out.like mcafee
