I think it depends on the company your going with. If your going with Sprint, I would definatly say Sanyo.

First of all Sanyo phones are made exclusivly for sprint. The means all the effort is to make the technolgy excel on this network. Other models don't make thier phone for just one carrier, but make generic models and make slight adjustments to each cell phone company.

Second. I have sold hundreds of cell phones. Sanyo is great.

Third. They won an award from JD Power and Associates for the most reliable reception.
