My site not getting rankings in google on other site on yahoo and msn its get good rankings any body help me out.

Do some seo (Search Engine Optimization). Search seo in google or yahoo. You will get lot of contents.
Forums can also help you a lot.
Additional :
You also need to get backlinks from other sites. If you get lot of backlinks from other site (better if related) you will get higher ranking

google's crawlers may not have gotten to you yet. it would be helpful to know how long the sites been up. oh and I am sure for a fee you could get it to come up on google.
