arhem... no. If someone angers me, I have the option of walking away, breaking off contact and forgetting about it. Hence, the person does not exercise any control over me.
He/she only controls me if I let them anger me over and over and I do nothing about it.

There is a LOT of truth to that statement. Pretty good thinking first thing in the morning!!! Yes, it is true, when people make us angry, it IS our own feelings with that that are bad. The other person is usaully just going on about their business not giving it a thought and you are left to feel horrible. How true.
