No. The largest currency ever printed was an emergency gold letterd note for 100,000. It was issued for less than a month under the presidency of Calvin Coolidge, and has his picture on it. It was used only for bank translation, and never saw public use.

I'm not sure about in the USA but In the bank of England they do have million pound notes. They never leave the room in which they are kept. They move from one box to another in order to balance books at the end of the day.
They are officially legal tender, but if you got your hands on one you would be in all kinds of trouble.
