If you don't get off Yahoo Answers and get to work on your essay you won't get it done. Your teacher will not give you a time extension, will give you a failing grade. You could possibly loose you whole year. Your parents will find out why you flunked and take away your computer, hence, no more Yahoo Answers.
NOW MOVE IT.

I don't think it will be that hard, as long as you have enough information to write about. I didn't think I would finish my research paper rough draft in time last week but I did everything except the conclusion. And it turned out that it wasn't even due that day! Good luck! Just start writing even if you don't feel like it and you'll be surprised at what happens! I'm very good a procrastinating as well, so it's very hard for me to things that I don't feel like doing, like a research paper. But tomorrow is my last day of this composition class, I'm so excited. That only thing left to do is type up my conclusion and do a PowerPoint presentation.

I'll say that you got a 50/50 chance right now - because as procrastinators - we can't think not unless we're under extreme pressure! The bookstore on the college campus that I attended use to carry some spearmint and banana flavored taffy sort of candy - (I didn't remember this until I read your question) - I drink Pepsi! Well, I use to get plenty of that candy, ice cold Pepsi, and Utz potato chips and wow - my brain cells came alive - I was amazed at the clarity of thought! Well from one procrastinator to another get to going - you know your ritual - get in there and display your genius! When you get that last rush or ritual your chances go up - 100%

I have two history assignments due by midnight and I'm only half way thru the first and it's 8:40 pm here. Totally procrastinating here as well...you know we could get this done so much faster if we got off of answers right way, but what fun would that be. ..Oh well, GL with your assignment. I'm gonna answer two more questions then start back up on my homework!

Sounds like you have a great start with 1500 words...I find that when I procrastinate if I just take that first small step back to what I am suppose to be doing then I get interested and compulsive to finish, hopefully you will too! I know its hard to X off Q&A but make yourself do it, I have had to do that too, okay ready, set sign off q&a.....BACK TO THE ESSAY....YOU'LL BE HAPPY TOMORROW.....BYE

Are you still looking on this site?
Get back to work!
Just think of the few hours you will spend on that essay and how good it will feel when you have finally finished it. Then you can do something you really want, not just guiltily looking on yahoo answers because you feel bad doing something more fun.
Now have a drink, brace yourself and good luck with the essay!

You must get a rush from a last minute crisis. My husband was like that in college and graduate school, but he would ace it at the last minute. Drives me CRAZY! I'm the type that gets things done well ahead of time so I don't have to sweat it. Good luck. (gee if you have that much done already, the thing should just about write itself!)

If you finish it on time you'll save yourself from losing however many marks you lose for handing it in late which are the most frustrating marks in the world to lose as you lose them before they have even looked at the essay and they undermine all the work you have put in.
