coz in spiderman we met Green face -Spiderman2-Doc0ck-So according to my guess Venom the symbiotic scum will be the vilan in spiderman3

It is likely that Venom will not be in Spiderman 3 very much, most likely towards the end. The villains will be Sandman (Thomas Hayden Church) and the Hobgoblin/Harry Osborn (James Franco). Venom does not come into being until Spiderman rids himself of the 'new' black suit and the symbiont attaches to Eddie Brock (Topher Grace). Look for Venom as the main villain in Spiderman 4 (if they make it).

sheesh, go watch the trailer...sandman is in it, venom is in it, and green goblins son will be doing the goblin thing (whether he is called the green goblin or the hobgoblin i dont know). those three are in it for sure, dont know if anyone else is. and venom looks to be a big part of the movie.

I think there will be multiple villains:
I've heard sandman maybe
I know Venom will be in there
Don't forget about Harry

there's hobgoblin, and sandman, and i think venom won't appear until the end of the movie. he's probably the main baddie in 4.
