Every morning, and every night.
When my wife died suddenly, I wasn't one of those who say "I never had a chance to say 'I love you' or 'goodbye'," because I made sure to.
Because with the fickleness of life, one never knows.
And for my daughter; I praise her grades, her music, when she plays her sports....so pretty much once a day I show he my appreciation.

As much as possible!
I don't live with my parents, but I see them daily as they live in the same town, and every time I leave, I always give them a hug or a kiss.
Every time my bf either comes home, or goes out I give him a great big kiss. I hug my son all the time, as my mum did with me when I was little. It is so importanat to show people how much you love them!
Whenever I text either my family or my bf, I always leave room so I can write "love u. x" on the end.
Note I haven't mentioned friends, well, my mum and my bf are my best friends, and I make sure they know that too!!
If there was more hugging, kissing and love in the world, it would be a much happier place!

I tell my mom every day that I love her and kiss and hug her almost every day the rest of my family maybe a few times a week. Friends I let them know I appreciate them by telling them or show them by doing something for them.

It relies upon somewhat if i individually understand the guy or no longer. various the cases i'm no longer too loopy approximately hugging a random stranger, so I attempt no longer too. yet whilst it replace into an in depth chum or somebody I knew then of direction they gets a hug. i like giving hugs because of the fact it makes human beings sense extra desirable for some reason!

when my kids get out of bed in the morning, my lap is the first place they sit....and they give me slimy kisses and bear hugs and tell me what they dream about.....
my 2 year old has lately been doing this thing where he gives me a kiss...then he turns his head and acts like he spit it out....then he says...mommy kisses are yuck....sweet, huh?
i haven't hugged my parents in a long time....and your question makes me wonder if i do appreciate them?
I'll think about that for a while and let ya know.......lol
