All teams were banned from European competition.
Juventus were hit hardest, they were relegated to Serie B, stripped of their last 2 Scudetto titles, and have an automatic 30 point deduction from their total next season - which virtually guarantees they'll stay down for 2 seasons. Fiorentina and Lazio were also demoted, while AC Milan had 44 points reduced from last season's total and start next season 15 points behind.
AC Milan are attempting to appeal the European banning because one of the team that would play in Europe as a result of the scandal do not fulfil some of the UEFA basic requirements. I don't think they'll get anywhere though, that would nullify the effect of the punishment and be pointless.

Juventus have been stripped of their league titles in 2005 and this year will kick-off the new campaign with a 30-point deduction.
Fiorentina and Lazio have also been relegated to Serie B and will start next season with 12 and seven-point deficits respectively.
AC Milan will start the 2006-07 campaign in Serie A with a 15-point deficit and have had 44 points deducted from their total last season and that means they will not compete in the Champions League.

26 officials or referees charged in the scandal, 19 received punishment; two were banned for life.
Juventus - Stripped of the last 2 Serie A titles.
Relegated to Serie B with 30 point deduction.
Banned from Champions League or other European
tournaments.
AC Milan - Stay in Serie A but with 15 point deduction.
Banned from Champions League or other European
tournaments.
Fiorentina - Relegated to Serie B with 12 point deduction.
Banned from Champions League or other European
tournaments.
Lazio - Relegated to Serie B with 7 point deduction.
Banned from European tournaments.
So Inter Milan actually won last year's title and don't have to play any qualifiers to reach the Champions League group stages.

Okay, Juventus, Fiorentina & Lazio are in Serie B (because they found the evidence). Juventus has -30 points, and I am not sure of the other two teams,
AC Milan stayed in Serie A, (they had no proof), and -15 points and no access to the champions league & in the 2005/2006 league, they took out 44 points.

it is precisely like that - Cameron gained with the aid of a huge margin and Brown lost - Cameron could desire to be forming a central authority now. it is ridiculous that Brown has no longer vacated Downing street.
