I want to state:
I am - 'an influence and a sensitive'.

But the word - "sensitive" is an adjective.

Help me in finding a most appropriate noun in the above context.

"I am an influential and sensitive person" but it would sound better if you said "I am an effective, sensitive person" or "I do my work effectively and with sensitivity".

I would state it as, "I am an influential and sensitive person".

Be careful of "influence" as a word, unless you are trying to imply that you are powerful person.

Drop the "a" and you have it. I would consider an adjective for influence.

I am sensitive and a positive influence.
