Drink water, moisturize, and spritz face with an atomonizer like Evian spray. Where loose clothing and if it's a very long flight you might consider support hose (avail at Wal-Mart). Otherwise, wear comfortable slip on shoes.

Drink a lot of water and Evian has this spray water that you can spray on your face, I notice that when I fly my skin comes oily so i take some rice paper that you can get from Shi Seido and blot my skin also I think Clean and Clear makes it also. I try not to wear to much make-up so I can splash or wipe down my face with a damp towel and then before I land just do a quick touch up on my face.

Drink alot of water to keep hydrated, you might want to get some ice from the flight attendant and put pieces of it in your mouth. You can also eat fruits on the plan, like watermelon, if they offer it or maybe you can bring some in your carry on luggage.

You should drink water firstly, and you can use The Body Shop's Vitamin E face mist which will hydrate your skin, I used it and it was great, used it on the beach as well!

Drink plenty of water. You might also take some lotion for your hands. Just try not to get one with a strong scent as someone near you might not appreciate that. (close quarters, ya know)

uh...water? As for entertainment, the last flight I took, I bought a PSP and a few games and movies, flight went by like that.
