None - there's a drought order and it's empty!
Also, you need another dimension 8' *2' is an Area and a litre is a volume.

As other people have said we need a depth to work it out.
Your units are strange, a mixture of feet, inches and litres is just trying to be confusing.

Volume of a rectangular solid = w*d*h
If the lengths are in m then the volume will be in cubic m and there are 1000 litres in a cubic m.

NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION.

You would need 3 pieces of information.

HOW LONG the pool is...
HOW WIDE the pool is..
and HOW DEEP the pool is.

(Also, is the pool "Filled to the Brim?")
===============
If the pool is CIRCULAR, then your answer is this:

Radius = 4 feet (8 feet divided by 2)

PI * (RADIUS * RADIUS) = AREA
3.14159265 * (16) = 50.2654824 square feet

AREA * DEPTH = VOLUME
50.2654824 square feet * 2 feet = 100.5309649 cubic feet

1 CUBIC FOOT = 28.31684659 LITERS

-so-

CUBIC FEET * LITERS per Cu. Ft = TOTAL LITERS
100.5309649 cu ft * 28.31684659 liters = 2846.719907786290032 Liters

Best Written Answer is 2846.72 Liters (approx.)

depends on the height of the pool.
then, volume = len x breadth x height.
