i am on the menopause and im putting weight on loads.I diet all the time and dont eat any fat but im still putting it on.My doc wont give me HRT cos ive had cancer,she says im high risk of getting it again.I cant cope with it all,especially the weight gain.I dont know if there is any alternative for the weight problem.If anyone has any info id be very grateful.

During menopause it is normal to have some weight gain.In case your doctor had instructed not to take medicines only thing you can do is exercise,like jogging,skipping etc.Climbimg stair case by avoiding lifts can be made habit(say up to 3 to 4 floors).Have a vegetarian and low carbo ,low fat diet.Avoid sweets,sugar,ice creams and chocolates.Drink 16 to 18 glass(150 ml) of water perday.Donot sleep during day time.You will be able to arrest weight gain.Good Luck

There's a great natural herb called Forskolin which prevents weight gain in menopausal women. It blocks carbs and it controls your appetite so you don't binge during the day. As it's herbal, it does take time but I think it's the most effective and safest way to control weight gain.
