It blocks me from signing on.. why is that?? this 360 stuff is so stupid if you can't use it! All help I can get i'd be happy for. Thanks :)

Could mean that someone have cracked or stolen your password and is logged into your account while you logging in. Change it. See this:

By the way, we all do respect, no need changing it every week as long as it is:
1.At least 20 characters long
2.Use ALL allowed by Yahoo variables (numbers, letters _ capital and lower cases, and symbols)
3.Uses words which cannot be found in dictionaries
Made this way password is practically impossible to break.

change your password every week. EVERY week.
Contact Yahoo! Customer Care. They are very helpful just so long as you keep talking to them via e-mail so they can get all the info they need.
