I was on the depo provera contraceptive injection for 3 years. Came off it 1 year ago. since then i didn't bleed for 10 mths, now I have some spotting but no regularity. Any ideas how long it'll take to get back to normal?

I didn't have a period the whole time I was on depo, But I went right back to normal. But normal is different for every woman. So I suggest if you are questioning it call your Dr. They can sometimes answer your questions over the phone and that's free.
