lacy, i am not a girl but a boy. in my knowledge it is good when it feels you pleasure and relax. there is not any limit to do masturbate in a week, but more often it is not good more than 7 times a week. it also depends in your sexy mood. especialy with fingers there is no chance to break your hymn and to hurt.. keep it up and keep far from any other materials like lipstic stick. do it more and ah.. ahhha.... hhhhaaaaa.... h..h... hh... h.
