Are you tired when you wake up to go to work because you really wish you did not have to go to work?
Are you glad to wake up on a non-work day because now you can do whatever you want?
Or on a work day, you get less hours of sleep than you get on a non-work day?
So, you see, the problem can be psychological and it can be physical. But you will have to answer it by analyzing the differences between work and non-work days.

Its all mental.when you know you have to be somewhere in the morning some times its hard to sleep until you notice that you only have maybe 5 hours left then you go to sleep.But in your case when you know you don't have any responsibility's for that morning your at ease and don't care if you wake up late or not.In a day that you go to work you know its a obligation, if you don't awaken in the morning for work it can become a habit, a habit leads to no job, no job leads to homeless staying back with parents, also bad reputation for the next job.That is called stress also a mental problem you don't acknowledge.There is no way to solve mental problem like yours. It has nothing to do with your work.If your job was a problem to you, you would already know what was causing this problem

Since it only happens on work days, it is likely you are suffering from job burnout. Perhaps you could discuss with your boss the possibility of doing a different sort of function on your job.
There is always the option of looking for employment you find more satisfying or challenging.
I'm sorry you are going through this. It really is awful. I have had the same problem and it is very hard to live with.

It is always like that for everybody.
You don't look forward to working all day long, and your body is telling you that such things are just not worth waking up for if they cause you so much stress.
On the weekends, you wake up earlier because you know that you get to do what you want to do, instead of being told to do something. You look forward to doing whatever you feel like doing, except for maybe sleeping in, that is.

You feel bad of the work and going to the workplace, which reflects in tiredness you experience at the time of getting up from the bed, You might be disinterested in your work. Learn to love the work and then you won't have any tiredness. This is all a psychological effect only.

Perhaps subconsciously you do not really like your work. You are not alone. Maybe you can read inspirational books on how to rejuvenate your passion for work.
how about exercising more? You may get more energy this way.

maybe its psychological.. but heres a fact.. if you sleep tired, you will wake up tired.. so rest first before going to sleep.. you will feel better.. :D

either you're lazy, or you simply don't like what you do (boredom could also be considered here). so you should either psyche yourself to be more active and interested in what you're doing now, or just do another job to have more energy for work.

possibly you sleep in on non-work days.
Also, you probably sleep better without having to process the stress associated with "I have so much work to do tomorrow!"
