yes i do believe in this method - & i have used it & it has wrked!
i also use crystals 2 heal & help me when ive needed it most - i use them as an energy focus
apparently, each crystal has different vibrations - use by colour & type
my faves r:
tigers eye (protection)
rose quartz (love)
calcite (communication)
blue agate (safe journies)
clear quartz (this amplifies the effect of all crystals)
