it is absolutly my favorite movie ever because of the way that jim morrisons face on the poster in the cave fades into michaels

Its is one of my favourite movies ever I love it! I have it on DVD i watch it quite regulary, they showed it on TV here in UK last night. The cast were perfect for the movie i couldn't come up with better people to play the characters. The boys are gorgeous in the movie like Jason Patrick, Keifer Sutherland, Corey Haim and the other vampires in their motor bikes. The soundtrack is brilliant and i want to get it, i love the songs that play in the background in the various parts of the movie. It is truly the best vampire movie ever, you notice how much TV shows and movies have copied this like Buffy the vampire slayer TV show and movie?
Brilliant storyline and it still makes me laugh till this day.
If you like this i recommend you watch Stand By Me with Kiefer Sutherland and Corey Feldman made in 1985 that is also another movie from the 80's that is a classic!

It's rare for people over the age of 23-25 to have not seen it! It was/is a cult classic by the standards. I could do with out seeing it again, I think the 5th or 6th time was way too much to begin with, but I've seen it none the less.

Really great movie, scared me a little when I was younger, but I was (and kind of still am) in love with Corey and Corey, so they softened it for me. It's pretty funny too.

I've seen it several times - it's pretty cool, but Cory Haim is totally gay in it and very annoying.
