I think males are more popular. All around the world women are treated so badly. Women in some countries have to cover their whole bodies in clothes so as NOT to be seen. Even in extreem harsh temperatures.
In some countries man just sit on their behinds while the women work the fields care for the house.
In other countries womens private areas are cut to prevent pleasurable intercourse.
In others women are regarded as work horses and walk behind the male and carry their things.
No, men are more popular than females.

It depends on what you mean by "popular." I would say that men are more popular (widely accepted). Almost all men are able to get gainful employment, treated with respect and accepted for who they are regardless of their size and general appearance. Women are classified into groups and subgroups based on all kinds of physical attributes which may or may not immediately exclude her from the professional and social relationships afforded others.
