I dont answer my phone, ever since this annoying guy at my last job who I never gave my number to called me and wouldnt hang up for hours. So I let the answering machine pick everything up, and after they identify themselves, if I want to pick up the phone, I answer it and say, "Hello?" I live in the United Republicans of America, and hate it.

"Dígame" - which means "speak to me" in Spanish. It is the normal way to answer work phone calls.

Country: Spain.

Also "hello" sometimes, if it is an english number!

I'm in USA. I don't answer the phone. I let the answering machine pick up. Then I'll call the person back.
