If you're looking to get into a Computer Engineering program at a major Canadian University for this fall, it's probably going to be too late. It's even getting to be too late to get into classes at smaller community colleges.
If you apply now, you should be accepted into programs beginning next January.
That percentage is very good, but I would imagine that the number of scholarships available to you would depend on where you are from. Canada vs International.
You can take a look at this website www.studentawards.com and they should be able to give you an idea of what kinds of scholarships would be available to you.
