If you want to gain weight the best is to eat atleast 3-4 bananas a day.
Also eating sweet potatoes is a good thing to gain weight.
You can do this process for a month and see the difference for yourself.

Your boy being right:
It is a perception of a individual as to whether one is fat or skinny or just right. But if you think you are gaining weight for your boy do it. As people will have different perceptions about you being skiiny or not.

Hello. I'm 18 and i have 43 kg...but my boyfriend never told me that i am too skinny...It's not wright to change just because someone said so! How would it be to change yourself every time he says so? I f you feel good like you are now, you have no reason to gain some weight...just because he said so..;)...by the way it is a bit hard to gain weight, because you gain fat in some parts of your body...but if you really want to change...go to a nutritionist and do a sport like swimming or tennis, something to keep your energy and body well shaped ...
Think if this is your decision or his and don't let anybody change you,it doesn't worth...

Try to gain muscle not fat. Use weight training exercises and add calories but no more than an extra 300 or so a day and see if that helps.

I think it's really rude that some of you are going to call her anorexic and stuff. It's not your place to place judgement, not everyone packs on the pounds, some people do have a small frame or naturally high metabolism...

eat plenty of babyfood..not the **** you hate either. much like the fruits. Buy some boost high-pro dietary shake. It's used in hospitals to help old folks gain weight.

Yes you're bony, no one wants to go out with someone they can break. It's not healthy. Go to a gym ask a trainer how you can get more meat / muscle on your bones.

yes. if a GUY is saying you are too skinny thats bad. most guys think the skinnier the better, and that a girl cant really be too skinny..unless its extreme.
