How did you get on here to ask the question? Doesn't it have a "Forgot Passcode" question when you can't type it in and then you follow the prompts? Anyway...you can get a new one by doing it the way I just asked you about...just follow the prompts. You have to contact Yahoo directly for account info. Just go to one of their pages (like your E-mail page) and there will be a "Contact us" feature.

Well sorry to tell you - bed news. You lost it forever. Not even Yahoo employees have access to all information which you have provided while opening account.
