if i bought a branded dress from a retail shop...at cost price lets say $20 and can i sell it in the auction for $30? is it illegal?

haha, not everything is illegal in Singapore. Well, if anyone is willing to buy it and you are not cheating people by any misrepresentation.. why not?

Flurry ..No...auctions are created in a way of making profit. I know of a lady who buy cheap earring in bali about 90 singapore cents and sold it for 40-50 bucks...She earn from this but just a sideline ;)

no its not illegal, all trading company is doing the same. They buy and sell. The U$10 is your mark-up or gross profit.

It is perfectly okie. As long as there is a demand , there will be a sales transaction closed.

you can do it knowe body gona know and by law its legal but just think according to ethics, would you be satisfied after selling it at higher prices?
