What is there in MBA IT ,what if a commerce graduate take’s it can he cope up with it ?

IT and Marketing and night and day! IT focuses on computers, while marketing centers on business. Which is better? It all depends on your interest and what you want to do.
If you want to be a Systems Analyst, then you'd want the IT degree. But if you want to be VP of Marketing, then you'd want that Marketing degree.

Anyone can take up the IT course, provided you have the interest and the aptitude to study it. IT and Marketing are wayyyyy apart. You should be very clear what exactly you want to pursue, something of your liking.
