Jobs for Physically Challenged at Microsoft?

Is it true that Bill Gates will help physically challenged IT professional to get into Microsoft. If so please tell how to contact him with this issue.

The best thing to do is contact Human Resources and ask them what you need to know. Bill Gates rarely handles the HR side of the business unless it is like a major layoff.

When I was working for them, we almost never saw him except for company-wide shindigs. It's a good company to work for though, and they *DO* pay well, but they expect returns on their dollars. They expect you to work hard for them.
