Was it me or did anyone else think that Pirates of the Caribbean 2 was long, boring and slow?

I was actually wanted to get out of the cinema half way through I was that bored.

The effects where good i'll give the film that and So is Depp, but Bloom and Knightley they juest can't act for toffee.

Long, yes - by the end of it, I was starting to think I'd wandered into a showing of Lord of the Rings 3 by mistake, and I utterly despaired at the very end when it looked like there was a whole other sea voyage coming. Slow...yes, pretty much - a lot of set pieces and flashy CGI don't make for great pacing. Boring...hmmm, tough call - I actually stayed awake for it all, which I can't say about the first one, but that might have something to do with Orlando Bloom. In 2, I didn't have anything like the urge I'd had in 1 to throw things at the screen whenever he dared appear on screen and try to act. But yes, I won't say I didn't think more than once of leaving in the middle, because I did. Only sat through it all because it means I won't be plagued with curiosity and have to go and watch the whole thing again!

specifically situations they do over promote to the component that there is extremely little marvel interior the action picture. POTC2 and 3 the two might desire to loosen up and understand that the action picture would be ok as long as they stay as much as the 1st one. I have not got any doubt that they are going to. they are movies that i'm pretty involved in so the classified ads are actually not a turn off. there became a action picture out awhile back that I had widespread became popping out and the classified ads on it the place on your face everywhere you grew to become very like the vehicles action picture now. I skipped them the fist i'm no longer able to even bear in mind the action picture....SO how good became the classified ads interior the top? vehicles looks to have run out of gas already. I even have heard mixed comments on it maximum adults thinks it good and the toddlers ho-hum. The toys look everywhere yet no longer likely moving. To me a little ones action picture that has toys that doesn't sale is a bomb. promoting can injury a action picture as much as make it.

Oh wow, I don't think was boring...But it was Definitely long as hell! The plot and story line was a little iffy but I loved the graphics and special affects. I also think it wasn't as good as the First Pirates movie.
But considering the ending....there will be a # 3 so maybe that one will have a better plot

Well, if you thought the second one was slow, what the hell did you think of the first one? Depp and Bill Nighy stole the show, they were fantastic.

Go and get yourself some mindless action thriller without any character depth whatsoever, if that's all that holds your attention! XD

I haven't seen the second one, but I thought that about the first one. I liked it, but I was about to pull my hair out the last 30 minutes of the movie because I was so ready to go! I think they're too long, esp. to kind of be geared toward kids.

Thought it was good right up to the point when it finished and I thought, how long will I have to wait to see the rest of the movie ie pirates III

I haven't seen it because I thought the first one was boring. Jonny Depp is so much better than that.

OMG yeah. People only think its good cos of the first film!! its DULL nothing happens i could turn that film into like five minutes

Hey, if you were bored, you're not a real fan. I recommend that you leave the third installment to those that love these films.

I am going to see it tom. I've seen the first one but I can really remember much, what make me think that it wasn't to good. I am thinking in watching it again tonight so I am ready for tom. My boyfriend is the one who is exiting about it, boys :)
