I sleep over 14h/night, I eat enought, and I'm not allergic to something.
WHY THE HECK DO I HAVE DARK CIRCLES AROUND MY EYES??? And what can I do to get rid of them?

You are oversleeping, try 8 hours a night. Eventhough lack of sleep causes bags, oversleeping causes them as well. Do you not notice that sleeping that long, you are still tired when waking up.

It is possible that these dark circles are genetic. If you have deep set eyes, it could just be shadows. It could be hyperpigmentation, it could be various things. A small change in diet (incorporating a hint of Vitamin K or such) could influence the undereye. Perhaps, try an undereye moisturizer w/Vitamin E?

After four hours sleep circles are very faint so I read about an hour then I go back to sleep when I awaken my eyes hurt so bad and they feel so sleepy and the circles are more pronounced. Help me!

unfortunately the dark circles are cause by a coagulation of blood under your eyes. it is NOT associated with sleep or emotional state. there are chemicals that can now deteriorate the coagulation, but i do not remember off hand what to use. (and most is not over the counter)

14 hours is too long. You might have depression.
8 is ideal.

you may have asthma dark circles are an indication of this

try tea bags......put them over ur eyes maybe 4 15min
