Pretend not to see her when she is about to mess with them and the instant she touches them SCREEEEEAAAAMMMMMM at the top of your lungs, and then tell her your sorry that you scared her, but your ears are so sore it felt like she had put fire on them.
If that doesn't work then take her out and get her ears pierced and then she can play with her own earrings.

Hide your earrings. If you want to be honest and straightforward, just kindly explain to your aunt that you don't want her using your earrings, but you'd be happy to take her shopping for earrings when she wants.

When you take them out put them in your purse or in the pocket of the outfit you're wearing the next day!

yea, mess with something of hers, like hats or something. And when she says to please stop, say "Oh, im sorry, i guess you don't like people messing with your STUFF, huh?!?!" all sarcastic like. Then I'm pretty sure she'll stop.
