thank you for that broad, and sweeping statement.
1. Not all women dress that way. Some think it's trashy and DO dress conservatively. Insulting an entire gender at one time seems like a big feat for one man.
2. Maybe the people that dress that way do so because so many (not all) men seem to respond to it? Maybe it's to boost their self esteem because it makes them feel good?

Some women are very uptight and think that is the only way they can achieve their goal in life..But come on a good looking women really doesn't have to wear revealing clothing to get attention. But hey I'm a guy so if you want to wonder around half necked who am I to complain!!!

Nothing is wrong with being conservative. However, you seem to have a problem with women who do not want to dress in the manner you prefer. Thus the problem is within YOU, not in their choices or actions.
Your time would be better served cleansing your own soul than worrying about the trivial choices of others.

Fashion is a male dominated industry.
Fashion designers brain wash the audience and convince them that tight, transparent, revealing women's clothes are more attractive, appealing and pretty. In fact they sell what is attractive to men.
Women are foolish, and they let themselves be led like slaves.
Strange enough, you do not see men walking around wearing bare chests, briefs, or whatever looks sexy in the eyes of women.

buttocks,thighs dont run all over the place.
Short skirts to advertise they are still in the market.
Uncovering clothers as a visual media ad for goods on sale.

in countries where women have to cover from head to toes (for the same reason you just said), a tshirt and jeans is inappropriate and is an excuse for men to harass her. some places, the men say covering from head to toes is not enough because the eyes are too sexy and provocative and need to be covered too. when is it going to be enough for people like you? let's just say, in a crowd of girls wearing baggy clothes, people like you will pick the girl with the least baggy clothes and shame her because it makes you feel morally righteous or whatever.

For as long as men think it's okay to mow the lawn without a shirt on, I'm going to think it's okay for me to mow the lawn in a tank top and shorts. I don't feel like succumbing to heat stroke just because some guy doesn't want to see my ankles or something--he can look the other way!

Women like to feel sexy in their clothing, no matter what size they are. 9 out of 10 times the outfit she's wearing is not to impress you. It's to make her feel good.
Besides I think Most men like to see some of the package..and I say if you got it flaunt it..just don't overdue it.
But men like yourself like women to leave a little for imagination.

from the childhood the women learn from their mothers that( ur create for th men u should have to do every thing make women sexy and attractive . if u have anice body u must exposed it and be broud within women society and make them joulsy for the men fell in love with! u) most of the men like this type of women like movie star or model .i advice the women to look inside themselves to see what she want to do in her life and create aimes awy from the men and try to cover her body and respect it .the women are the gift from the GOD to make the world nice and wonder !and beace if they build their life good in and out .

i agree with you. I say, leave more to the imagination. a little preview is okay, but if a guy doesnt know whats coming, he gets more excited. Also, wat many girls my age (teenage years) is that not just guys our age look at your skimpy little outfits. I have been wearing jeans and a button down and followed down the street by 50+ yr old men b/c of my ample bust. NOT FUN!
