When you are trying to lose weight in other words to look skinnier you shouldn't look at how much you weigh on a scale because you will build muscle from exercising and muscle is much heavier than fat. Rather take a tape measure and measure how big you are around your waist, your arms, your upper legs etc and then you'll see if you are losing weight yet or not.

Your boobs probably hurt because you haven't been exercising in a while and now they are also getting exercised. You're just in pain from exercising. Don't worry the pain will go away shortly, keep exercising!!

Good luck and have fun!

A person WILL get gain weight as long as in a day, the calories consumed is more than the calories burned off... And a person MAY lose weight if the calories consumed is less than the calories burned off. So maybe u can keep a lookup on the calories consumed? Not all healthy foods have low calories... while in some cases, not all unhealthy food have high calories...

Muscle is a lot heavier than fat. In the best shape of my life, I was 130lbs and thinner than my 120lb sister whose build is the same. The difference was muscle mass. Don't worry too much about it. Also, if you're having breast tenderness, it could be due to over-working your pectoral muscles in your chest. Over activity or sudden spurts of exercise will sometimes screw with your hormones. It can also delay your period. hoep things get better!

if you have been eating larger amounts in less times during the day, thats probably why. you should eat lesser amounts but MORE throught out the day. drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fruit. eat breakfeast, lunch and dinner. have snacks in between them. all of the food you take in should be decent amounts and variety of types of food. when your body gets used to it, it wont store any more food as fat because it knows that you will eat again. it has to digest it.

If that is really true, you might have a thyroid problem. Check with your doctor.
