0 hour is Greenwich, England (Zulu Time, UTC ( co-ordinated universal time), GMT (Greenwich Mean Time)). It's from that point upon which the rest of the world's clocks are based by time zone offsets.

I heard that they are all out!!
We may switch to 25 hour days because the world is starting to spin slower than when we first discovered hours and minutes.
This is not a lie, so every year scientists reckon we loose a few hundredths of a second.
so in theory the answer to your question is that all Time is wrong however we know that GMT is where we will set the standard from i.e. when you change your battery everything will be reset according to GMT instead of Teletext!!

every country has their own time RIGHT.
everything is calculated with GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) which crosses london.
But it doesnt mean that only england is following the right time. Just for understanding purpose, we are following a common time.

the time is always right for that place at that point of time. it is the revolution of the earth round the sun that makes day and night and it is just a convention that it has been divided into 24 hours. depending on the position of the earth receiving or not receiving the sun light, it is declared day or night and the time is calculated accordingly.

All of them are the "right" time. Each zone has many countries in it, and each zone is different times. Greenwich time, Eastern Standard, and so on.

They are all really the right time. The way the world is set up, the whole world cannot have the same time. There are different time zones.

They're all right. The baseline for international time runs through Greenwhich in the UK hence the name Greenwhich Mean Time (GMT) but that line also runs through other places. It's only us arrogant Brits who think we own time or invented it or something...
