For the last week I have been having sharp pains in my vagina when i move or sitting. With my first pregnancy I never expericened this but I have been told every pregnancy is different. Also for the last past 5 days or so I have been having alot of loose bowel movements. Is this normal? I am almost 34 weeks pregnant but i swear it feels like the baby is ready to be born. I know at my first ob/gyn with my son she said i was full term at 36 weeks but the ob/gyn i see now says your not full term until 40 weeks. My first was born at 36 weeks and 5 days. So what is also correct 36 or 40 weeks for full term? I have spoken with friends of mine who have had been pregnant they never got pain like me and there dr's all say either 36 or 40 for full term.

Any baby born before the 38 week mark is considered a premie. I cant believe your last doctor told you that you were full term at 36 wks!! I have delivered 3 healthy children and not have been that eary, and I was NEVER told 36 wks is full term.

If you are experiencing pain and a lot of bowel movements, it could be labor. Go to the ER and get everything checked out. You dont want the baby born at just 34 wks!!!

Please get it checked out!

SHARP PAIN
can be the ligaments or pelvic floor
the more babies you have the looser it all becomes thus the baby hangs lower in the pelvis and your muscles take the weight
a kick or punch or stretch can hit the cervix and cause vaginal pain
This can also be why the baby feels low this time

LOOSE BOWELS
this can be normal but it can also be a sign the uterus is a bit irritable get it checked out to make sure

PREGNANCY TERM DATE
is 37-42 weeks before 37 weeks babies are premature and can risk lung immaturity

My advice is go to your dr get a check up just to be safe looking for signs of premature labour its a long shot but one that should be looked at
