Is it worth optimising two versions of each page - 1 for Yahoo and one for Google?

My website used to be top on Yahoo for most related keywords, but nowhere on Google. I optimised for Google and it worked well, but I have now lost my rankings on Yahoo!

Is it worth having two versions of my pages one for Yahoo and one for Google, or is there a 'Happy Medium'?

actually I would upgrade both, its good for business and you need to look into where there will be a good profit for you. if it means you need to spend a little bit more to earn 10-40% more in the next few years it is definately worth it.
