Harish I know what you must have felt getting rejected but i suggest you go n watch that song from munna bhai n rem "sapna tuta hai tho dard bhi hota hai .... thoda sa dard hua per chalta hai"
my advice in such a situation is to accept her 'no' n then give it sometime before you think about another girl in the same way.....
dont let the rejection affect you... live life normally as u did before... it is not the end of the world....

1-if the no is for sex then:-keep distance when talking to her , take her for a movie or long drive and make the same distance. Then decrease the distance slowly but donot let her know. donot try for sex.
she will try frm her side, its a challenge
2- If the no is for love:- try to b a best fnd of her, care for her,realize her not frm mouth but frm heart how much u love her & let her to propose u.

actually,a girl says no when she really is not interested in sb or sth.else.there may be a reason behind her rejection.so,if i were you i'd just be nice to her ,respect her and try to show my love towards her by transfiguring myself.i'd just give up all my bad habits and try to be a nice guy.that's it
