The DBT is an aqautic turtle and it needs water to swallow its food. You need a basking area (rock or log) with a basking light (60-75watt bulb) at 10" away. If you have a filter, it will make your lfe more enjoyable or else, you'll be changing water every 2-3 days and more often as it gets bigger and tank get smaller. You can fill as much water as possible. DBTs are good swimmers. You should provide an underwater cave so it can hide and feel safe.

Here is a caresheet for DBT:

have about 4 inches off rocks piled up on one end and slwoly reduce the rock amount covering the bottem once you have a slope add water so it can swim around but make sure that the highest part of the rocks is dry put a food bowl there and possibly a small fish trinket at the deepest end for the turtle to play with

Your turtle will need a small dish with clean water (only deep enough so that it can soak without drowning) which you'll need to change at least every other day. He/she will also need a full spectrum heat lamp to warm up (since they are cold-blooded) and a cave of some sort to get out of the heat (you can find these at pet stores or make one of your own). Make sure the gravel or rocks you use are too large to fit into his/her mouth because turtle will eat them and get blocked up. Finally, I suggest putting a cuttle-fish bone in the cage for him/her to chew on (it's the best source of calcium and most turtles love them).

Christ man! That question makes no sense. Now, I don't thin k you are stupid, but questions like that do make me doubt my convictions.

Please rephrase the question and I am sure that you will get some kind of answer that doesn't just insult your language skills.

peace.
