I would save anyone I saw drowning, regardless of race, age or sex.

call emt, get her out of water with either a floating device or rope if your not a strong swimmer. perform cpr or mouth to mouth depending on the vital signs.

I would call out to the lifeguard, but if one's not on duty I would jump in and try to save her.

Alert the life guard. If none around look for life preserver and toss it to her. Shout for help...I should learn how to swim...

of course i would go and save her (if she was hot/ or a friend) (seriously, i wouldn't go save a 350 pound fat shamoo, yes i know that was not appropriate but its the truth)
