Well you may try going to a councilor with this. It sounds like you could possibly have a Bi-polar disorder. If this is the case you may need a little medicine. I know people who are good people but they fly off the handle at the least things. These people sometimes go thru days when they feel like the whole world is out to get them. I know a little about this condition as it runs in my family also. This may not be your case. I don't feel like it has nothing to do with you being a Gemini. It probably is a normal reaction to stress and anxiety for you. It is possible with medication you can greatly improve your mood swings.

Emotions are the easiest things to control...and the one thing we allow to spin out of control. Everything in life is choice. Keep in mind that you control your emotions, they do not control you. Try reading some self help books like Codependent No More by Melody Beattie or my favorite The Game Of Life (And How To Play It) by Florence Scovel Shinn....these books will help you understand your emotions and will keep your emotions in check more easily.
When you find yourself emotional, please remember that the majority of people you interact with has absolutely nothing to do with your mood, so don't take it out on them.
