Wow, that is so funny, I have never heard "discharge her Simon" in reference to sex. I want to know if you mean orgasm or if you mean that you have to squirt something. I also want to know where you got "discharge her Simon."
Either way the answer is no, women can get pregnant by doing absolutely nothing. Heavy petting with semen near your girl parts can get you pregnant.

i don't know what 'simon' is but i think what u r trying to say is that does a woman need to ejaculate too like the man to become pregnant.if this is what u wanted to ask, then the answer is no.you don't have to reach orgasm and ejaculate anything.its the egg inside ur body which matters.so having sex at the time just prior to ur ovulation will make u pregnant.

Like everyone else I am trying to interpret what you mean....
Women don't have semen for one thing. That is the male ejaculate that contains sperm.
Women do not have to have any ejaculate release to become pregnant.
Semen must enter the vagina and meet up with your egg (that you produce normally once a month and about 2 weeks before your period).
If sperm is successful finding and penetrating the egg, cell division and implantation begin. If that is successful further cell division occurs and the development of a fetus begins. (pregnancy)
