How can I change the grey smiley face to other picture?

go to www.avatars.yahoo.com sign in with ur account and start modifying it.
Its all there to choose what you look like and what you are wearing etc - its fun.

double click on the grey smiley face and then a screen wil pop-up follow instructions.you pick a face, hairstyle, apparel ect.

You can go to your 360 page, upload your image there and change your pic here

select change my picture and then upload ur own photograph.
then goto change my display image and select
-> share my picture (if u have uploaded an image)
-> Share my avatar (if u have made ur avatar)
