File a case of illegal dismissal in the court where your employer is located in Saudi Arabia. If it is not allowed thereat, file your case in the Main Office of your employer. If still not allowed under the law, file it in your country but summons must be served to your employer.

The American company would be better sued in a U.S. court, as the potential damages awarded would be much higher than what would be recovered in a British court.

The drawback is that the U.S. company would most likely try to have the trial take place in the city or state where it has its headquarters or other facilities, which would make it far more likely that a jury disposed to favor the defendants will be chosen.

Good luck.

Gather all the details of the incident.

Find out where your company is registered, I'm guessing Houston. Contact a Lawyer in that area to see what your options are.

Caution, they have a lot of money, you do not.

If it's the oil industry just move on, I had a go at this and ended up giving up. They have good lawyers, you do not.

just leave the company alone and find something else to do, or better still return to ur country, i'm sure they have their reasons for firing u. I am a biz owner and when i dismiss a staff i like them to just leave and not bother me with court summons etc...i'm sorry about the loss of ur job anyway tho i believe there are some lessons for u to learn from ur dismissal...good luck

I think not because Americans are very good at making things up, it could lead to ruining your working career and can be costly. So think very hard.

It is possible but it would probably cost you more than you would recoup. Just go gracefully!
