£300 for an upmarket paddling pool ! Save your money and get Gym membership for you and your kids at a local Health club or sports facility. Much more fun. Or buy a cheaper pool at another retailer. Ensure you have a electric pump first or make sure one is included in your pool purchase. Otherwise you will run out of puff...

I have just bought the 10ft easy set pool with pump from Comet for £50. On the box it looks excellent and there is a filter pump and lots of excited kids.
] Please do not expect this at first.
Firstly you have to blow the top ring up yourselves but that does not take that long. What takes the time is filling the bugger up. It takes around 5 hours so be prepared to wait.
The filter pump dosen't really do anything so I no longer use it.
When it is up it is tough and can withstand around 4-5 children jumping in and out all the time.
I would recommend it as the equivalent in Argos is twice the price and would take even longer to fill.

No I don't have one but I thought with Argos you can ring and ask questions about a product ,you are right its a expensive pool so you do need to know after purchasing it will have all the stuff you need.
Why not try looking the pool manufacturers up on the web and see if they tell you more about the pool.
Does Argos not mention a pump?
Another option is if the product is in store you can view before you buy.
hope This helps

I have a quick up pool much as described by a previous answer. My son - 6' tall and two of his mates spent most of the afternoon in there yesterday. I like to take a dip as well, we have had this for 3 years now but it does take some time to fill.
The best thing I ever did though was go to the local swimming pool accessory shop and spend another £30 on chlorine tablets and a test kit. This means I only fill it once !!! (apart from topping up occasionally) as it prevents algae growth.
recently got some spares on line and this is the site I used...
