I like the third one the best, but only just, i think that they are all really good movies! I also know a guy in real life called John McClane, tis really funny

i liked die hard with a vengeance because of all the puzzles and the mind blowing action
i also liked it because of the villain i.e. jeremy irons he was rocking in that movie
the last part also had a side hero which was a good change and also the humour between the actors was great

The third one was surprisingly good in it's own merits, but the first was the best in the series. I'm sure Die Hard 4 will completely bomb.

I agree with Norman, #1 is the best, in great part to Rickman's contribution. It was the first movie I ever noticed him in, and now I am fascinated by any character he plays. I think it has something to do with the precise way he speaks. Anyway, I always enjoy seeing this one, Willis and Bedelia are outstanding.

Hands down the original! I watched every night on tape in Bev Hills when I got off of work..it was like a video game i didn't have to partake in...and i think that Bonnie Bedelia is one of the most underrated actresses I have ever seen....I loved that the building they used was 7 doors down from where I worked in L.A.~got a giggle out of that one.
I always waited to see her face when she KNEW he was OK... I had a few Friends play extras in that movie..so it made it all the more enjoyable. The other two didnt make as much of an impact on me, BUT I would watch them allback to bak...now THERE is a night for popcorn...!!!!!!!!

Die Hard 1, Alan Rickman is brilliant in it and the action scenes are great.
