If you're talking about American Football, then it would have to be "Semi-Tough" with Burt Reynolds, Kris Kristofferson and Jill Clayburgh.
If you mean soccer, then "Mean Machine" gets my vote. This is a UK version of the US film "The Longest Yard".

My personal favourite is Escape to Victory - it was the very first video I ever seen and I just loved it. I liked the way they had real footballers in it especially Pele who has to be the best footballer ever.

I love Bend it Like Beckham. I think I have an obsessive compulsive disorder as I've watched it about 20 times....it is such a feelgood movie though! The Indian mums in it are hilarious characters!
