Do you mean places that are open to the public?

For second hand book try Hay on Wye, or there is a place in the old railway station in Alnwick, Nothumberland. Charing Cross Road in London?

Otherwise try the on-line retailers, Amazon, Smiths etc.

JD sports they have gymsacks (the drawstring ones) for about a fiver they have Nike, Fred Perry etc :)
